FRIDAY:

Saw Antony and the Johnsons @ Town Hall. His vibrato shook the skin off my bones. My friend cried throughout the set. One of the few lighter moments occurred when he did a cover of Beyonce's "Crazy In Love". I will never hear that song the same way again.


SATURDAY:


Caught the new Vampire Cowboys production, "Soul Samurai". This show's got everything: Great fight choreography, hilarious dialogue, bad-ass revenge plot, and really attractive people. It's up til' March 15 at HERE Art Center. I plan on seeing it again. GO GO GO!!!


SUNDAY:

Went to "Tearing The Veil of Maya" @ Union Hall. Eugene Mirman and Hannibal Burress made me laugh so hard that I almost peed myself. John Benjamin showed up with cab driver/filmmaker Sal Lupo, who graced us with his Untitled film project. Here's the trailer for it....
